Please describe your company and your position there.

I am CTO at IT Consultancy. We do provide IT consultancy regarding and software services globally.

For what projects/services did your company hire Impinge Solutions, and what were your goals?

We were impressed with there creativity and technical strength. There was a need of a gaming website which we got done from them in 2012. They put great animation in that and I just wanted to appreciate for the same so I am adding this review here today.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were in top results of Google Search that time, Then I checked with their delivered projects as well which really were delivered well.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Project was done with HTML5 CSS3 and Javascript. It was a gaming website where we needed some touch of animations too. It was having 5 pages which were to represent different modules of the game.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 members involved. One was the UI Designer, 2nd was the UX Expert and 3rd was their Project Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was a perfect combination of UI and UX where everything seems to be going with a planned user experience. My clients were impressed, so am I.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication happened over skype, email and direct calls. Detailed updates were delivered to me once a week. But progress update were being shared on daily calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most valuable thing which I found was their values over the comittments. The project was having some tricky animation effects and movements which had to be build from scratch with customized approach, I found them very easy to work with on such case.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should increase their team so more businesses can take benefits from their services globally.
