Respect Studio provided LinkedIn lead generation through their "Done With You" package. That included optimizing my LinkedIn profile, identifying prospects in the social impact sector based on our criteria, and developing a messaging strategy with a mix of AI and personal review. 

What made it different was the depth. The team helped me research and identify the right people to connect with — especially potential guests for the Spotlight series on my podcast, Designing Tomorrow. They built out a workflow for ongoing outreach and connections via LinkedIn. I handled the follow-up conversations to keep things real. We also had bi-weekly hypothesis testing, a lead database, CRM setup synced to HubSpot, and weekly and monthly campaign reports.

The June 1–July 10, 2026 period was a strong awareness-building phase for Smarttech247. Total spend held steady at €2,105 across five active ad sets, while the account generated 30 conversion events and delivered to over 38,000 unique users — a meaningful increase in raw reach versus the prior period. Cost per conversion event stood at €70.17, reflecting improving efficiency as TOF campaigns matured. The clear story of the period is the dominance of the TOF Video campaign, which drove 19 of the 30 total conversion events, delivered 10,292 video views at an outstanding €0.06 CPV, and produced 560 engagements — all while simultaneously feeding the retargeting audience pool that underpins the MOF layer. This campaign is the account's primary growth engine.

They monitored spend to keep us within budget and Laura is always repsonsive if we have any questions or feedback about our campaign performance.

Impactful doesn't just dump a bunch of data on us, they take the time to analyze the data - provide helpful dashboards to cut through the noise and quickly highlight what's working (and what isn't). It's a great overview I can easily share with executive management to bring them up to speed quickly. and they are willing to pivot when something isn't performing. Every month Impactful provides suggested actions for improvement. They were constantly tweaking campaigns to maximize outcomes.

The only thing they can improve on - and they continue to do so over time, is to learn more about our brand and our business.  I do like that I've been working with the same account rep (Laura) as my main point of contact for a year or more and she is a lot more familiar with our brand now then wehn she joined our team. This kind of knowledge develops overtime. She's still learning about our chemistry - but I appreciate that Impactful doesn't switch reps on me constantly like some agencies do. I've only had 2 account reps in the 3 years we3've worked with them, which is nice.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Impactable has conducted research on our target market with our assistance to build campaigns that will allow us to raise awareness, educate the market, and establish ourselves as an expert in that market. 
They’ve built top-of-the-funnel campaigns that will allow us to provide our content to our target audience so they can be educated on the various approaches to the problems we know they’re facing. Impactable has also created specific ads that address the pain points we’re looking to address.

We started working with them in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen over 1,000 companies view and follow the content or interact with it. We’ve also seen an increase in interactions, likes, and follows. We’re also tracking scheduled calls as a KPI.

How did Impactable perform from a project management standpoint?

Impactable’s project management is great. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Impactable’s expertise is very good and fits exactly what we’re doing in a very unique niche. They’ve been able to adapt to what we’re doing sufficiently. They have a very well-designed framework. They provide excellent feedback on what they’re seeing in the industry, which has allowed us to pivot.
