iMiMDesign has helped us launch our business online. They have worked on the website and all the online related works. They have also design the graphics material of our website and worked on search engine ranking work. Our website is finally live and ready.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Now we can sell products online which were impossible without iMiMDesign. They are so helpful and assisting that they provide instant solutions to all our query. I am really impressed with their dedication and level of support. It helped us launch our business online to be able to sell online. The website development service, desinging and seo services is really making our presence more prominent on the internet.

They mostly interacted on WhatsApp and phone calls while the work was going on. I think this is their primary mode of communication. I am not sure. But they also have other messaging apps like Messenger. They respond to queries immediately. If they need time, they say it clearly. If they commit to something, they fulfill it at the earliest.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive and unique about iMiMDesign™ Co. was their behavior, softness, and kindness. Also the price is not expensive as compared to other company in India. They don't pressure for payment. Also they try to respond to our query message instantly. I liked their spontenous response and kindness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMiMDesign™ Co. could have done differently?

So far i don't see any areas for improvement but they need to hire more people for more projects. They ask more time to deliver some services. Maybe lacking in human resources or maybe they're working on many projects simultaneously.

One area that could be improved is their pricing structure. The company charges based on specific requirements rather than offering a fixed rate. This approach is flexible but sometimes made budgeting a bit challenging as costs could vary depending on the scope of changes or additional features we requested.

A more transparent or fixed pricing model might help future clients better manage their budgets and expectations. Despite this, the quality of work and the level of support provided far outweighed this consideration, and we felt that the investment was well worth it.
