How many teammates from iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. were assigned to this project?

6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The engagement included an in-depth website audit, keyword research specific to our services and local market, and the development of a targeted SEO strategy.

Their team optimized our website structure, on-page content, and metadata to improve search engine rankings. They also worked on local SEO enhancements, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation building, to increase our visibility in local searches. Ongoing efforts included content creation, backlink development, technical SEO improvements, and performance tracking.

Throughout the project, they maintained consistent communication, provided progress reports, and adjusted strategies based on performance data to ensure continued growth and effectiveness.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable Outcomes / Results

• Significant increase in organic website traffic within the first few months
• Higher rankings on Google for key construction-related and local search terms
• Increase in qualified inbound leads (calls, form submissions, and inquiries)
• Improved visibility in local search results and Google Maps
• Stronger domain authority through quality backlink growth
• Lower cost per lead compared to previous marketing efforts
• Improved website engagement (longer visit duration and lower bounce rate)
• Consistent month-over-month growth in impressions and clicks

These results directly contributed to increased project opportunities and a stronger, more competitive online presence in our market.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

iMark Infotech demonstrated strong project management throughout our engagement. They consistently delivered tasks and milestones on time, with clear timelines and expectations set from the beginning.

Their team was highly responsive and easy to work with. Anytime we had questions or needed adjustments, they were quick to respond and proactive in offering solutions. They also provided regular updates and reports, so we always knew the status of our campaign and what was being worked on.

What stood out most was their ability to adapt to our needs—they took feedback seriously, made necessary adjustments without delay, and ensured their strategy stayed aligned with our business goals.

Overall, their organization, communication, and reliability made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What was your primary form of communication with iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd.?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about iMark Infotech is their ability to combine real industry understanding with data-driven strategy. They didn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—they took the time to truly understand our construction business and tailored everything to generate actual leads, not just traffic.

Their transparency and communication were also unique. They clearly explained what they were doing, why it mattered, and backed it up with measurable results. It never felt like guesswork.

Most importantly, they focus on ROI. Every effort they made was geared toward helping us grow our business, not just improving vanity metrics. That level of alignment and accountability is hard to find.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with iMark Infotech was very positive. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be having even more frequent check-ins or strategy calls, especially in the early stages, just to stay even more aligned on expectations and progress.

That said, their team was always responsive when we reached out and made adjustments quickly when needed. This is a minor point, and it did not take away from the strong results and overall experience.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We started with Google Ads, and later added Facebook ads. We focused on marketing our stairlift installation service first since it has super specific keywords. That made it easier to see what was working.

One thing I liked was that they didn’t just run ads—they actually looked at our business and made recommendations. The biggest one was to rebuild our website. Our old site was custom-built and kinda clunky. They moved us to WordPress, which made everything way easier to update and better for SEO.

Now that our website is in a better place, we’re looking at expanding our marketing to other services. iMark Infotech will be handling more backend SEO, backlinks, and other optimizations. They also do content creation, which we might use later on.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Even before the new site was live, our organic search rankings started improving. After launch, we saw an even bigger jump.

If I add up what we spend on Google Ads plus their fees, we’re making about 7–8x our monthly investment in revenue. Definitely worth it. Right now, we’re limited by how fast we can scale up operations, but once we’re ready, we’ll put more into advertising beyond just stairlifts.

They’ve been delivering solid results, and for the price, I think we’re getting great value.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We’re a small business, so we do things step by step. Right now, we’re just focused on stairlifts, but as we expand, I expect they’ll introduce more tools to track multiple campaigns.

We have two calls a week—one to check in on the basics and another to go over strategy and numbers. From the beginning, they told us we’d need 3–4 months to see real results, and they were right. By month three, we were seeing good traction.

I like when a company tells you what to expect and actually delivers on it.

What was your primary form of communication with iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd.?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I don’t have experience with other marketing agencies, so I can’t compare. But from a service standpoint, they’ve been great.

They’ve never told me “that’s not our job.” If I have a problem, they jump in and try to help. That’s rare.

I’ve also talked to some friends in marketing, and their reaction was basically, “You’re getting great results and really solid support.” So that says a lot.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

Everything’s been smooth. If anything, I wish we had started this earlier.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They didn’t just throw ads at the problem. They actually went deep into fixing things that were holding us back. Here’s some of what they tackled:

Cleaned up bad backlinks – Turns out, we had a bunch of junk links dragging us down. They got rid of them.

Fixed our tracking – Our Google Analytics setup was a mess, so they cleaned that up so we could actually see what was working.

Optimized key pages – They adjusted our site to better target the right keywords.

Built strong links – Not just any links, but the kind that actually help rankings.

Improved conversions – We jumped on a call and they pointed out ways to make our site better at turning visitors into leads—added more CTAs, improved our contact form, even put a CTA in the header to grab attention faster.

Ongoing SEO strategy – Instead of a “one-and-done” approach, they’ve been working with us to keep building momentum.

Basically, they didn’t just patch things up—they set us up for long-term success.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started seeing results fast. We hit #1 on Google for our main keyword (lighted mirrors) and a bunch of related ones too. That alone was a game-changer.

They also set up Google Tag Manager so we could track exactly how many people were filling out the quote form. Right away, we saw a boost in traffic, and more importantly, more leads.

I was so impressed I even sent my brother their way, and now his business is seeing the same kind of results. Oh, and they were finalists for the SEMRush Search Awards for the work they did for us, which just shows they really know what they’re doing.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Super organized. No guesswork, no chasing them for updates.

Monthly reports – They send a clear breakdown of what’s working and what’s next.

Live dashboard – I can check progress anytime.

Regular emails – They keep us in the loop without overloading us with info.

They made everything easy to understand, which I really appreciate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

No sales fluff.

I hate dealing with agencies where you get sold one thing, then passed off to someone else. With iMark Infotech, the people I talked to on day one were the same people actually doing the work. They know SEO inside and out, and they actually care about getting results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

Nope. They handled everything and did exactly what they said they would. If anything, I just wish we had started working with them sooner.

First off, they actually had a real plan, which was refreshing. Right away, they went deep into our site, figured out what needed work, and got moving. Some of the big things they handled:

Title tags & meta descriptions – Cleaned them up so Google actually paid attention.

Content tweaks – Small changes on key pages that made a big difference in rankings.

Google Ads management – Helped us with ad copy, tested different strategies, and kept us updated on changes.

Weekly optimizations – SEO isn’t a one-and-done thing, and they actually kept up with it, tweaking pages as needed.

Monthly check-ins – We go over rankings, strategy, and conversions, so we always know what’s working.

And the best part? They actually explain what they’re doing instead of just throwing jargon at us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Honestly, way better than we expected. Since working with them:

✅ 8,500+ new first-page rankings (which is wild)
✅ 20% growth year-over-year in leads from SEO
✅ Zero issues when switching content management systems – They handled all the reports and kept an eye on everything so nothing broke.

Basically, we’re finally getting the visibility we were after, and it’s translating into real business.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Super responsive, never have to wait long for an answer.
