As a company in the midst of scaling up, we needed a marketing agency that could help us accelerate growth by generating qualified leads whilst optimizing the return on investment from paid media. 

The project scope included managing our ads on various channels such as LinkedIn, Google, Bing and Capterra. Additionally, we needed an agency that could assist with the rebranding of our website by providing guidance on SEO, conversion optimization, and the overall website architecture.

Key deliverables included:

• Increasing the number of qualified leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Creating an ABM strategy from scratch to target the right audience
• Reducing the CPA
• Increasing overall conversions
• Reporting on paid media performance on a monthly basis
• Creating dashboards for real-time reporting

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The total number of conversions increased by 283% compared to the year prior. This is partially due to our increased investment in paid media, in which Ignite Marketing has played a crucial and leading role. Our website traffic and revenue pipeline also increased. Additionally, the lead quality has improved significantly due to the optimization of the ads and by reaching the right target audience.

Their project management was outstanding. They always showed up prepared and on time for every meeting. The team is easy to work with and very approachable. We never had to remind them of any action items as they were taken care of by them ahead of time. 

Even though we worked in different time zones, the communication was smooth and fast. 

In addition to regular updates during bi-weekly meetings, they provided comprehensive reporting every month and frequent updates, which has been very helpful to us. Because of their transparency, we always knew what to expect.
