We hired ignite future technologies to create our online identity and showcase our company to the world in professional way, specially our international and high level partners which we represent in Algeria. We already know the owner of Ignite Future Technologies from other businesses but the deciding factor was the up to date view of how digital identities should be since they have a team of talented young developers and designers. They also have a branch in Algeria and Dubai which combines the up to date technologies with the know of Algerian market

First we started by doing a re-branding for the company, this included creating new logos for our products, change the colors we use on social media, creation of social media posts following the same theme etc. Then we moved to creating an ecommerce website to showcase the company and the products we offer and the brands we represent. Lastely we started doing digital marketing on social media and google in addition to SEO to boost the company ranknig

We first worked with the CEO who we had connection with from before. Then we were in contact with the web developer, graphic design and the marketing agent.

Our main goal, which was to give a good impression to both our suppliers and our clients was achieved. We also go a big increase in website visits, google maps visits and the number of likes on our social media platforms

I’m the founder of Moutasem Academy, which is based in Dubai. We’re an academy for photography, videography, and design.

I needed someone to build a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ignite Future Technologies developed my website. In terms of the design, they followed our brand guidelines. The content also came from us. The team continues to make upgrades to our site — I’ve given them full access to it, so they can make improvements without waiting for my approval. 

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, they added a feature that allowed our students to book Zoom classes. They trained our internal team on how to conduct virtual meetings. We’re able to record courses and upload them to the site. They also integrated a payment solution for the site, which works globally. 

Additionally, they take care of SEO and web hosting. We’re having discussions about developing a mobile app for the academy. I’ve also asked them to build two more websites; I have many tasks lined up for them.

What is the team composition?

I have one point of contact from their side, but I don’t know how many people they have working for me.

They worked for my former employer, and I knew Ignite Future Technologies to be a competent team. 

How much have you invested with them?

The cost so far is around 5,000 UAE dirhams (approximately $1,400 USD). I’m paying them on a task basis. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2018, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website’s working well. Ignite Future Technologies has helped me accomplish my vision — I didn’t want my website to look like other sites on the market, and they accomplished that. Our website is also high up on Google search results relating to photography services in Dubai.

How did Ignite Future Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management is very nice, and they’re very responsive. We usually have face-to-face meetings over coffee, but we also have Zoom and phone calls. I feel comfortable working with them, which is why I gave them complete control of my site. They understand my vision.

Everything they’ve done is excellent, and I have no complaints. Their services are a great value for money. They’re a very experienced team.

I don’t think there’s anything they could do better.
