We hired iFuturz to customize and implement an off-the-shelf booking widget for an existing reservations website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to implement the user agent (UA) within eight weeks.

iFuturz responded to my Upwork job posting.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

We asked iFuturz to refine the wireframes for the UA, and implement the widget or APIs according to those designs. The team needed to test the widget before final deployment.

What was the team composition?

iFuturz assigned a project manager, a team lead, one senior developer, one designer, and one tester.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

After six months, iFuturz has yet to deliver the widget. This delay has cost my business an entire season’s worth of revenue. I expected a fourfold return on my $6,000 investment, but have only experienced $5,000 in lost revenue from customers exiting the platform during the non-functional check-out process.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The senior team members do not add value. Other resources were conspicuously have been conspicuously absent during the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

iFuturz does not demonstrate accountability and attention to detail. The team lacks effective project management and QA.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

The team needs to enhance their service and output.
