The projects have allowed my clients to enter the 21st century with regards to digital transformation. We're already discussing the next versions of the apps & websites.

I've worked with many offshore development teams over the years and haven't ever worked with someone like them. He cares for every aspect of his business. It's been a blessing to find a team who sees eye to eye with my deliverables & the importance of long term client relationships.

We were trying to develop the MVP of our product to test our hypothesis.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handled the initial part of our project, developing the MVP. They used Android in the beginning, and have iOS now. We had the idea, and they put in all the muscle and creativity in terms of project development. They did all the coding.

They work really well in terms of project management. They gave us a lot of ideas for our project. We tested their ideas, and they’re better than our originals. They’re empathetic.

The experience was fantastic. Technically, they know how to express themselves and translate their work into terms that people who don’t know tech can understand. They can communicate with their customers and be teachers. We learned a lot from them.

They need to work on their knowledge of servers. They didn’t know how to manage them initially. I know it’s a different specialty, but we were looking for that.

They’re in India. Even though they work late, you have to schedule your day to work with them.
