2. Coach Portal: A secure dashboard to manage clients, send invitations, monitor assessments and access results.

3. Administration: A centralized back-office for managing accounts, permissions, quotas and content.

4. Dynamic PDF Reports: Automated generation of summary and full reports, personalized using DISC behavioral profiles and motivational drivers.

5. Technical Services: Responsive design, automated notifications, GDPR compliance, functional testing, secure hosting and ongoing maintenance. The solution was designed to streamline personality assessments and coaching workflows.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The project established several measurable deliverables, including a DISC assessment application, dedicated coach and client portals, and a centralized administration dashboard. A key milestone was the development of two automated PDF report formats (summary and full), using three personalization rules based on DISC profiles and motivational drivers. Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

ID Interactive helped us completely modernize our digital platform.

They first migrated our website to a new Next.js and Payload CMS environment, while keeping all our existing content and improving our quote request process.
They also developed a custom business application that allows us to manage customer requests, quotes, payments, appointments and future franchisees from one back office. The platform is easy to use, including on mobile, which is important for our day-to-day operations.

The team later integrated Yavin to automate online payments and developed a dedicated landing page to support the growth of our franchise network.

What we appreciate most is that ID Interactive did not simply redesign our website. They built a complete digital solution adapted to the way our business actually works, with tools that save us time and support our growth.
