We spent around €1,000 on building the site (around $1,200 USD). Additionally, the website hosting and maintenance costs us around €200 (approximately $240 USD) per year.

We started working together around January 2016, and I’m still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After we changed over to the site that iArk developed for us, we saw a very big difference in our number of visitors and clients. I’m happy with the site, and we now appear on top of the search results when it comes to specific keywords.

iArk has been able to meet the deadlines. We typically communicate by phone or email.

I’m responsible for the implementation of 5K and 10K public runs that take place in Sifnos. I coordinate the event together with the municipality of that particular island in Greece.

We were trying to promote the public run to attract as many participants as possible. We also needed help with the registrations, so we hired iArk Digital Agency.

iArk Digital Agency created a website for the event. We gave them a general idea of how we wanted it to look and approved all implementations and published content. They also managed our Facebook Ads and followed up on the media exposure that we had.

We worked with Vasileiou (Owner) and coordinated details with his assistant.

They were recommended by one of our race ambassadors, a record holder in Greece marathons who was also assisting us with all the projects. She had worked with iArk Digital Agency on similar projects and was very happy with their service, so she suggested I work with them. I looked into their website, saw their previous works, and decided to hire them.

We paid a flat fee of around €2,500 (approximately $3,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked seasonally with them from December 2016–May 2019. The run usually took place in April, so we do four months of work before then but now, with the pandemic, we cannot hold the event.

iArk Digital Agency’s excellent response time was important to me, because things were happening very quickly the closer we got to the race. They would work with us even on the weekends leading up to the event.

The creation of the new image of the Andrion Club, based on its history, the creation of the website with all the information needed for our audience to navigate easily, the creation of various section of activities including a digital news paper as well as managing our newsletter as per the present legal requirements.

We had more than 2,000 products in the shop two weeks later, and we decided to also create a B2B version. We’re also building a member club, which will give customers access to discounts and free shipping.

This was our first time creating an e-shop, and iArk was very helpful in explaining what we should do. They proposed multiple ways of accomplishing what we wanted.

We were working during the lockdown and wanted to have something very soon. iArk managed to build the whole shop in less than one month. Sales will be our main metric for measuring the impact of the member club.

They’re helpful, and they’ve done everything we wanted. I have no complaints. We’ve communicated over email, and I’ve also visited them at their office.

I’d like to hear more proposals from them on what we could do. They’ve delivered everything I asked for, but they’re the professionals, so I’d like to hear ideas from them.

Clients will be absolutely pleased with iArk. Tell them what you want from the beginning. We had some extra costs because we didn’t know exactly what we wanted at first.
