We have asked iAppsolution Technology to provide 10 different WordPress websites for some of our clients. Each project was divided, in 7 key deliverables:

1. Concept design

4. Design Elements for each page.
5. Text to be included.
6. Edits and reviews
7. Upload site to client-server.

Consistent in their quality of work. Difficult to find these days!

Not really, maybe in future projects, we could have more zoom meetings, so that I can meet online everyone that is involved in the project. But the way the job process was structured worked well.

The scope of work for the Mobile and Website and prototyping included a discovery process, design process and final deliverables. The purpose of the discovery phase was to gain a deeper understanding of the problems that need to be solved with the new product, uncover the short and long-term product vision, conduct primary and secondary research to validate or pivot the strategy, and review research and design materials collected to create an informed strategy for the design sprint.

iAppsolution design process included developing the user flows for the Mobile app and website & creating a high-fidelity design document to establish a cohesive set of brand guidelines. We determined the overall tone, look and feel of the Mobile app and. website should be clean, professional, smart, intuitive and easy to use. Deliverables in the design process included an initial prototype, wireframing revisions, design direction, design revisions, usability testing and high-fidelity designed prototype in Figma.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product has yet to launch, however we have been able to create a powerful product that will fully release in the next month.

The team at iAppsolution Technology has kept me informed of the product timeline throughout the entire process, and kept me up to date on any changes whether good or bad. They even completed several features ahead of schedule. We set a hard launch date a month or two in advance that they have honored and kept us on pace to meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to pivot quickly and implement changes is impressive. There have been several instances where issues have come up (whether in design or development), and we need to implement a quick, scalable solution that won't delay development or compromise our user experience. Time and time again, their team has assured us that we meet our goals and never sacrifice quality, even in moments of uncertainty.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iAppsolution Technology could have done differently?

iAppsoluiton Technology always stayed within the budget range we received, but they could have done a better job keeping us up to date on where we were currently at as far as costs go.

Enhancement to UI, building new feature sets from scratch, implement scalable workflows. Specifically creating API end points, bookmarking, casting and Playlist functionality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Using Jira we can see how quickly tasks are tackled. We found that tasks were being completed at a rate better than expected.

They communicated well and delivered everything we asked.
