I’m an office administrator for an urgent care facility.

We’re dealing with Vivek (Operations Manager) and Pankaj (President & CEO). There are 5–6 other people from their team working with us.

Their marketing team called us while we were looking for a way to outsource billing. They were honest and direct in telling us what could and couldn’t be done, unlike other billing services, which made promises they couldn’t live up to.

I-conicsolutions provides us weekly and monthly reports, as well as any custom reports we may require. They provide us anything we as for in a timely manner, and they’re good at following up with us.

Their ability to hit deadlines is the best part about them. We’ve started doing COVID-19 testing, and they captured the pace of the project and deployed updated workflows in no time. They’ve handled it in a very good manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide everything we ask for in a timely manner, and the quality of work is great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything to mention. They’re the ones advising us when we’re dealing with billing or related issues.
