We were looking for a founding lead product designer at Zenskar who would lead our product design in solving complex usage-based billing systems by: 

• designing flexible and scalable designs based on our product vision
• developing design systems to bring cohesiveness to all our design productions 
• building the initial design team for the company
• adding data-driven insights to improve the overall product experience
• planning and prioritizing design initiatives 
• managing competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment

• Designing the scalable SAAS application

We connect with the designer on a daily basis and through Slack. There has never been a problem in planning and execution. Sairam is very organized and took the responsibility of not only delivering the designs but also helping us in defining the process and building our design team.
