I’m the CTO of RTK Group, an IT lifecycle services company. We work with large enterprise companies to provide technology outcomes related to hardware, cloud migration, and sustainability.

What challenge were you trying to address with Human Creative?

We needed to build an enterprise-grade website that matched our growing aspirations as an organization. We wanted our brand to retain some continuity while starting fresh.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Human Creative has managed our branding, design, and development needs. The team has built the website from scratch, and we’ve provided them with sitemaps and outlines of what we require. We’ve also talked about our branding, and Human Creative has led the conversation based on what we want. We’ve had existing brand guidelines, but we’ve been going through a rebrand, so we’ve needed everything from scratch. The team has built the website on WordPress. 

We’ve requested a new logo and a way to evolve our last brand into a new one. We’ve tried to keep a link between the two and make them completely different. Human Creative has also offered maintenance and hosting services, but we haven’t used them for hosting because we already have a provider.

Currently, we’re working with Human Creative on videos and brand-building projects.

Tom, the agency’s owner, is my main contact. I speak with him about the project. We also work with the design lead, Katarzyna.

The team has successfully launched our new website. We’ve had a few website bugs at launch, but Human Creative is currently remediating them.

How did Human Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re completely on budget. If anything, we’re slightly over budget, but that’s because we’ve changed the brief slightly, and Human Creative has accommodated our requests. We use Figma for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with the team's creativity. We can give them a brief, and they come up with really unique ideas. They show us different variants and styles. The team has taken us through a very strong onboarding process, which has immediately helped us understand what we want and helped them build what we want.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Human Creative’s project management could be a little better, especially when it comes to technical and build stuff.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be quite open about what you want and bring examples of what you hope to achieve. If you have technical skills in-house, try to leverage those a little more to work alongside Human Creative.

HumanCreative worked out the branding strategy in various workshops. A brand book was then created that visualises the key content. This included logos and graphics for both the company and the product. Company templates were also created. HumanCreative also designed our new website. Key deliverables were:

Human Creative has created our company's branding identity, including our logo and brand book. The team has also developed a new website since we had an outdated site. Human Creative has built a completely new site on WordPress. We also work with Human Creative's design team for graphic design requests, including presentation design, greeting cards, and exhibition press walls. The team uses Figma to create and share their designs.

We found Human Creative while searching for local branding agencies on Clutch. Our goal was to find a Polish agency with a bilingual team since we wanted our site to be available in English and Polish. We checked reviews on Clutch and sent out a request for 4–5 service providers that matched our description. We selected Human Creative because their approach was the most tailor-made, and we liked their visions for our branding. We clicked with the team since the first meeting.

Human Creative delivers work on time and stays within budget. We usually communicate through email, and also via messages. The team uses Figma to share designs, and we can comment on their work through the platform.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Tom is the heart of the company and is good at meeting the client's needs. I recognize him as a great sales professional who knows how to communicate with the customer and make a great impression. He's responsive whenever we need him, even on Friday evenings or Christmas Eve. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm mostly impressed by Human Creative's approach to the project. I have more than 17 years of marketing experience and have worked with different teams on different projects. I've been surprised to find an agency that can speak my language and provide what is needed. Human Creative is flexible and finds solutions. They're a great agency, and I'm satisfied with our partnership.

I can't think of anything Human Creative can improve.

We sent request to about 35 companies and selected Human Creative because we like their works, they had project in the same industry, and offered competitive and reasonable fees for their services. Also, from the very first meeting with Tom, we had a professional connection and feeling that their team would make our dream design.

Peocess is super organized and professional. Human Creative always listen first, then analyze, create, again listen feedback, make changes and voila - super result that all love, company and clients.

We met Human Creative online, while we were looking for a company to build our website. From the first discussions we liked Human Creative's approach to design, their previous works, and the demeanor of the people we were going to work with.

I am the Marketing Manager Institutional at our company, based in Zurich. We are a global leader for Fund Data and Technology. When we worked with Grow Create, I was Manager at the start-up.

Our financial services are very technical and also complicated, so we wanted to create promo videos that would explain our product’s benefits in an easy-to-understand and also more engaging way. The plan was to publish these on our own website and use them for our online marketing activities (email marketing, social networks, etc.) to generate leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Crow Create was recommended to us by a colleague who also works for a financial service provider and who was very happy how the team had worked for them in the past. Their offer was fair and we could fit it well into our Marketing Budget.

The process was fairly easy. Our technical writer wrote the script and Grow Create took over from there. We had an internal colleague who did the voice over.

Our team and sales loved the videos. We don't share numbers, but we were happy with the views on our website and on youtube.

I’m not entirely sure how we found them, but I think they were the ones who got in touch with us first. At the time, we were still a small company with limited money, and their team offered us a good deal at a friendly price.

We worked together on this project from April–August 2020.

We were very satisfied with their work; our website looked fresh, and we received good feedback from other people who really liked our newly-updated site.

How did Human Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the project very well. There were some delays on our side, but their team worked flexibly to deliver the project on time. In a nutshell, we could always rely on them at any point in the project. We also liked that we only had one point of contact who took care of everything for us. 

For communication, we mainly interacted through email, Slack, and video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams. At times, we also just talked directly with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t have that much experience in working with other design companies, but Tom and his team’s approach was very personal and direct; it felt like we really had a good connection, and we could communicate with them quickly.

No, I can’t think of any.
