• The main goal of our cooperation was to build a well-planned inbound marketing operation to supplement the already functioning outbound, in order to diversify marketing, build brand image and drive better business results.
• We wanted Human to help us in building the expert image of SoftwareHut in a competitive IT environment by strengthening brand awareness among selected target groups.

During our cooperation, Human has dealt with activities in the field of global marketing, as well as targeted at specific markets (North America and Europe). In addition, they create and support a comprehensive, SEO-optimized blog with educational and business content, tailored to two target groups (management staff and developers). They also deal with on-site and off-site SEO and creating content clusters, including blog articles, landing pages, and case studies.

Human runs social media accounts of our brand and also creates content for private accounts. They manage paid and e-mailing campaigns that support promoting current events, demand building, recognition, and reaching target groups in all targeted markets. They also maintain activities related to Clutch, and are responsible for obtaining testimonials, as well as selecting and taking care of sponsorship. They perform as our in-house marketing team, managing marketing activities from A to Z.

• Human has managed to create marketing operations from scratch and develop an annually-reviewed marketing strategy tailored to our business goals.

• With their effective activities on our LinkedIn, they managed to create a network of contacts with potential clients from the French and Swedish markets.

We meet during weekly meetings that allow us to discuss current issues and action plans. In addition, Human prepares periodic reports, which allow us to assess the efficacy of our actions. We also meet regularly to discuss the effects of individual activities. They deliver items on time and react very quickly. They implement actions in a short time, reacting to the needs of partners, as well as changes in the market.

Human provides valuable assistance in generating premium and consistent visual content at a corporate and global level and in developing communication strategies that align more effectively with our brand identity. Their effective management of our Facebook and LinkedIn social profiles includes the organization of event campaigns on LinkedIn which they deliver with experience.

Human also is responsible for live stream webinars aimed at investors. What’s more, their consulting services are executed in a concise and professional manner. They provide valuable insights and guidance in expert search and recruitment, M&A, and IPO, which helps us realize growth targets.

• Human is able to provide useful insights and guidance on a wide range of topics, including those that are less common or outside the usual scope. Expert advice is part of the daily collaboration.
• Our company uses Human's services to create visual and written content and to organise professional webinars. The company stands out for its smooth organisation and responsiveness, as well as its speed of delivery - they can organise and run a webinar in a short space of time.

It would be more effective if the webinar platform could allow more guests to be invited to a panel webinar than is currently the case. But the organisation itself is very good.

Human is fully responsible for creating complex and SEO-friendly content which responds to the needs of our target audience. With our expert support, they write original educational articles for our blog both in English and Polish. They also take care of onsite SEO and have prepared copy for our new website.

Their responsibilities also include preparing email marketing with industry insights, as well as paid and mailing campaigns supporting the promotion of current events. Human also organised a series of webinars with expert guests - their responsibility was to acquire guests for the webinar, promote it, provide technical support, and lead nurturing activities after the event.

They also manage and produce content for our social media accounts and create video content for our YouTube channel – GROWalizacja, where we share educational and technological content covering gamification and support for the Grow Uperion platform.

• New website which well reflects the GU offer and the benefits of the proposed solutions.

We remain in regular contact with the representatives of Human. We held weekly meetings to discuss any current issues, as well as new tasks. We also meet regularly to discuss the effects of individual actions and drive conclusions for future plans.

On top of that, we take part in meetings with content writers to talk through new content for our website or to share ideas.
