We engaged Honest Tech Guys to design, conceptualise and develop our website and further on engaging them to run digital marketing campaigns for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected them based on some works they had done for their clients before and they were also referred to us by their clients. Hence we are very confident that they are reliable with good credibility.

Before we engaged them, they studied our brand DNA, products and our core values. Then they studied our competitors and gave us a very comprehensive recommendation of the marketing direction that we should go.

Then they developed our website with an e-Commerce platform, with plug-in Klaviyo for database management for EDM, payment gateways , online chat functions for our One2One skin and body consultation with our Senior Consultants.

They helped us to organise google reviews with our key customers, and drew up strategic digital marketing campaigns that are interactive, lead gens and productive sales activities.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They sent 2 Senior Directors to conceptualise the whole business deliverables and to determine our key goals.

Then my IT department members also worked with their designers, developers, videographers, photographers, content creators for social media postings and EDM, twice weekly to our database of existing customers and fb and google advertisement planning and execution.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The fb and the google ad executions were extremely effective. We had a ROI of about 10X of the Ad spent.

The EDM had also resulted in existing customers returning to purchase more online with an increase of estimated 5X more sales than before.

We are now scaling up our ad spend investments with confidence seeing the results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team members are very responsive. Whenever we gave our feedbacks of the ad performance or suggest to tweak some messages, they always listen and give us better solution suggestion.

They constantly work on the download speed of our website to ensure that it is maintained well to facilitate better e-commerce shopping experience of our customers. They also helped to set up the whole sales funnels on our e-commerce platform.

They are friendly, reliable and quick response actions. Whenever they troubleshoot with us, they always have technical supports to solve the problems swiftly. I must say they're very responsible and reasonable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All the processes seem to go well up to now! I can't think of anything that they fall short of. The promised deadlines are always delivered on time or before. Currently everything goes well and hope they keep up their "CAN DO" attitude all the times.
