Our company was seeking to partner with a development agency to prioritise and build a website for our exclusive members, ideally using infrastructure we already have in place. We required support in accelerating our development of this website in addition to architectural guidance. We as a business reasonably mature in our understanding of what we wish to develop, and have both designs in progress as well as understood requirements and logic.

Our company works with the top C-Suite executives within Supply Chain of the biggest companies in the world, and require a dedicated area for them to consume essential content. We break down our members into tiers, and have personas in development to aid our requirements capture. Our requirements essentially was to build a members only site, which enabled personalised persona and tiered content with different CTA.

With a particularly high quality bar for project management, HiYield rose to the challenge, and whilst we took some time finding our feet, this had no impact on the actual throughput of the work, and once our ways of working were clear, we continued to have fruitful delivery of deliverables. The team, as a whole, went above and beyond to cater to our needs.

Our aligned values - we're both aligning in our passion and drive to do positive in the world, through the environment, and in our case, Supply Chain. The domain knowledge was great, and supported a delivery of additional features which were further in the roadmap.

Not to underestimate the value of overcommunicating and using proven frameworks to do so.

Our website was created in 2019. The events are self-organising so we needed some professional assistance in securing the website into a server and to help us with administration areas. We felt HiYield could be a good fit

We had a kick-off meeting explaining our beds and requirements. HiYield asked for various clarifications and helped us set up the site on our own server and with ongoing assistance on the run up to the event

The company provided corporate wellness solutions by way of a gamified app with a unique tracking algorithm. I was CEO.

For what projects/services did your company hire hiyield?

HiYield were hired to provide a full outsourced IT team, including a CTO for the company as we were rapidly scaling.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Had worked with them before.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They were responsible for running the app, website, and back office workflows, with commensurate maintenance, security and risk management. They supported sales and client services divisions in the provision of all types of user support and advice.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Hi Yield provided x2 developers full-time and a part-time CTO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

hiyield uccessfully integrated with the organization and was a seamless resource. Web, back office, app both client-side and in-house worked successfully and reporting was first class.

Fully integrated workflow via Trello. Seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Excellent project management and ownership of all issues. Going the extra mile when needed to develop or resolve issues.
