I’m the COO of Templegate Technologies & Services, a software company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hitesh Solutions?

We needed help with website development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They help us with website development, email, and IT administration, acting as our back office to take care of our requirements related to websites, emails, etc. They use PHP and, recently, just migrated us to a new hosting system that is much safer and better than our earlier solution.

Additionally, they help our small staff sort out their email-related issues. Once in a while, they also help us create digital designs that are required for giving presentations to customers and or sending them brochures.

Our old website was developed through another friend of ours, who recommended Hitesh Solutions.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $3,000 so far.

We started working together in October 2012 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They have a good team and have been extremely helpful and supportive. We will continue to work with them on a long-term basis. They give us multiple options for every problem we want to solve. If we’re satisfied, we tell them to go ahead with it or, otherwise, we go back to them for various iterations. We are satisfied with their quality of work.

How did Hitesh Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They got delayed because of us. The timelines and quality have been satisfactory. We can call them anytime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very customer-centric, and their team is focused on the satisfaction and delivery of the project. They respond well. We don’t have to worry about the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have more creative people in the company who could add more creative insights into the projects.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They can manage customer requirements pretty well. Any future customer should be very clear about what the deliverables are.
