I’m the owner of Charlie’s Plumbing, Inc., a commercial plumbing contractor. We’ve been in business for 41 years.

What challenge were you trying to address with High Standards Technology, Inc.?

High Standards provides managed IT services to us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

High Standards is our managed IT service provider. They help us manage our servers, handle our cybersecurity, and monitor our systems. Additionally, they also provide security training and help us with on-site and off-site information backup.

What is the team composition?

We work with six different people from High Standards’ team. I work with Stana (President & CIO) and Chris (Director of Operations) all the time, as well as with a lot of the technical people in their office.

How did you come to work with High Standards Technology, Inc.?

I switched from another provider more than ten years ago.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $300,000 during our engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together for over ten years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I really like working with High Standards. They make me feel very confident when it comes to the security of our IT and our data, and I can always count on them whenever I have an issue. They’ve been there for us through disasters, being always on top of everything and making us their priority.

How did High Standards Technology, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They use ConnectWise, and we also communicate via email and phone calls — they have great communication. We work really closely whenever there is an issue, and they set up a meeting when we need to get together.
