Actually, I got this contact from one of my friend who suggested me this company and I am glad to say this but it is really nice to work with them
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Firstly team started with the breakdown of the whole project and then after gathering all the required stuff they got with the design part and I was really impressed as they just gave me one design sample and that was way more than expectations then development begin after confirmation of design and development part got completed with few weeks time as they have committed to deliver. For design, they used Adobe XD and for the front-end of the website they used React.Js
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
3 people were working from their side one was XD designer another was React.js developer and lastly project manager mostly with whom I was communication on daily basis and I have to mention this all were really good at there work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching the new version of the website we really got a good amount of traffic on it and also the good client and also we got appreciation from our existing clients and overall it gave us a lot of benefits

everything was managed by their project manager and I was getting updates on a daily basis through scrum call and apart from there I was able to get update on Trello for pending work and completed work and I was getting all updates on basis of milestones decided while the breakdown of project
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their time management and commitment impressed me a lot.. Mostly all projects faced a bit of delay but with them, I hadn't experienced that.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
nothing at present as over all experience was really good for me and I highly recommend this company to others
