I work as a senior consultant in the division of client communication for a consulting company that focuses on the sustainability of the environmental dimension.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hello Tomorrow?

A client of ours wanted to make their sustainability solution more visible and easy to understand, so we needed a web-based tool that could enable anyone to get a clear picture of it..

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hello Tomorrow helped us built and develop a web-based tool. During the development, we had technical challenges such as adapting the graphical layout to the client’s corporate identity, and we also had to make sure the numbers and metrics can be easily understood by the users.

The team built everything from scratch, but I provided them with the necessary branding elements like fonts, corresponding colors, and the numbers they needed to highlight in the tool.

What is the team composition?

I worked with a project manager, who was my main contact, and two IT developers to create the tool.

How did you come to work with Hello Tomorrow?

They were recommended by my colleagues, who had worked with Hello Tomorrow in the past. They were very happy with the business relationship and final outcome, so I reached out to the team.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around €25,000 EUR (approximately $29,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–May 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m afraid I can’t share the details of the web-based tool, as it is not hosted by our client and I have no idea how it’s performing.

How did Hello Tomorrow perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent, and we mostly communicated through email or video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like that they were extremely friendly, down to earth, and that the fact that they spoke different languages. Additionally, they always made themselves available to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

To be honest, I don’t think they should improve on anything. I was the one putting pressure on them during our tight deadlines, but they still delivered the project fantastically.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend them to be as clear as possible in the beginning.
