I'm the founder of the company. The objective of the company is to consult businesses in IT - Strategy

For what projects/services did your company hire Harw Solutions, and what were your goals?

Website was created for my startup. They objective was to position my company as a modern, innovative tech consulting firm for IT strategy. Harw Solutions also developed a real estate platform where clients can register their ads to rent/sell their properties. The platform consists of 2 mobile apps and webserver/database server hosted in AWS cloud.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had previous project with Harw Solutions which made it easier for me to make a decision

Interactive and modern website was built by the team in several iterations. For the platform, they provide technical design, develop the entire solution from scratch, test and deploy on AWS infrastructure and on iOS and Android store.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Very positive impact as I was able to move one steps further to achieve my dream and rollout a real estate platform to Albanian speaking regions like Kosova and Albania. We also saw Increased visibilitiy in google

We used mainly email and whatsapp to align and measure progres.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have talented teams with eagerness for success. Also, flexibility!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Use perhaps Jira for easier bug and fix reporting as using only WhatsApp for entire communication is heavy.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

I recommend having a thorough design ready from a hosting perspective if you envisage to scale with your platform. I did not have it at the beginning, and I have the need to scale limitless. Now we are transforming the backend into container to make it endless scalable.
