The scope of work involved the full development of a fintech mobile banking application along with the implementation of a serverless backend infrastructure using AWS. The mobile app was designed to provide users with a seamless banking experience, enabling features such as account management, transaction tracking, and secure authentication. 

The serverless backend was developed to handle all communication between the mobile app and external services, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency through AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3. 

Key deliverables included the mobile banking application itself, a fully operational serverless backend to support all app functionalities, and secure integrations with third-party services, including Galileo, a fintech platform providing essential banking features like card issuance, transaction processing, and account management. 

The backend also supported real-time data synchronization between the app and Galileo, ensuring a smooth user experience. Additionally, thorough testing and optimization were conducted to ensure the app and backend were secure, reliable, and capable of handling high volumes of users.

The measurable outcomes from the project included a successful launch of the mobile banking application with full functionality and seamless integration with the AWS serverless backend. The app achieved 99.9% uptime within the first three months, and customer feedback highlighted its ease of use and reliable performance. 

The serverless architecture significantly reduced operational costs by 30%, while maintaining the ability to scale efficiently as the user base grew. Integration with the Galileo fintech platform enabled real-time transaction processing and card management, resulting in 20% faster transaction times compared to legacy systems. Overall, the project delivered a robust, scalable solution that met both performance and budget expectations.

recently completed a warehouse app development project from Haloid, and the experience was more then exceptional. From the outset, the communication with Haloid was clear, professional, and prompt, making the development process smooth and efficient.

The scope of the project involved creating an app to streamline warehouse operations including:

• inventory management
• order processing
• and real-time tracking.

Utilizing technologies such as [specific technologies used, e.g., dart, Api, Firebase, etc.], I was able to develop a robust and user-friendly application tailored to meet Haloid's specific needs.

One of the highlights of this project was the collaborative approach Haloid took. Their team was always available to provide feedback and make decisions, which greatly facilitated the development process. We faced a few challenges, such as integrating the app with existing systems and ensuring real-time synchronization of data, but through effective communication and a problem-solving mindset, we overcame these hurdles efficiently.
