After a 25 year corporate career in San Francisco, Herb returned to his hometown of Charleston, SC. Mr. Partlow brings several years of experience to his business. Herb was a webmaster with the Federal Reserve System and he was also a website manager for a global consulting firm. Herb has also worked for KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, Arthur Andersen, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and LECG. He also worked in the Office of the Chairman at Bank of America’s corporate headquarters as a project analyst and communications consultant. H. F. Partlow Web Development has the requisite experience to provide professional web design and Internet marketing services. We bring a world-class approach and methodology to our projects.
