We have shortlisted 5 vendors from UK, US and UAE Reason for choosing them is cost, availability, communication and knowledge

I can give high-level information: This platform is bringing all the financial industry professionals on one page so they can offer their services to others independently and make some extra cash.

During the different phases of the meetings, there were CTO, Project Manager, Sales manager, marketing manager, Dev ops, Developers, designer, etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The scope of work and the R&D were very good. Pros and cons were clearly mentioned. The design journey and the feedback session was good and the result was very satisfactory The development phase was more critical and tough for me since I don't know about the technology well but when I was given a demo of a few features, it was satisfactory

Communication was through email (when approvals, feedback is required) The general communication channel was Skype Project management was through ASANA Timeliness was extended due to some extra features were introduced

Their project management and communication are outstanding.

not sure, since tech is not my style
