Develop an android mobile application for crowdsourcing of infrastructure information, to be displayed on a web-based geospatial dashboard along with query and basic geospatial analysis.

1. UI/UX design of the mobile application and web-based computer dashboard.
2. Integration of the application and dashboard including seamless data transfer.
3. Deployment of the application and dashboard including public user registration and authorization.
4. Troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance (server, data).

1. The product development and delivery process was very professional and seamless.
2. Weekly update meetings were conducted to ensure development was aligned with project objectives and our needs.
3. They were very positive to our feedback and also provided thorough technical inputs and guidance.
4. They adhered to all necessary confidentiality and data protection protocols as signed in the procurement agreement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gurzu Inc could have done differently?

1. For non-technical clients, it would be very useful to have a thorough orientation from Gurzu on the scope and limitations of the product (with respect to the software or tools used).

The objective was to create a production ready web product that could manage files, posts and has a secure and load balanced user database.

Product was delivered complying with the software outsourcing pilars: on time, on budget, on spec. We could even iterate upon the first delivery. They were able to adapt to our workflow perfectly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Without any doubts, their high adaptability in terms of project size and workflow, for example, we were offered and guided to choose among different types of support, for example choosing to integrate a team in our sprints or outsourcing the full process, also that they are able to bring the costs down for an existing project when it hits a roadblock. They are truly capable of understanding the work layed by external devs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gurzu Inc could have done differently?

Maybe more updates on the project state could have been of use, but they weren't inquired at any point
