 I'm the owner of Musclaxe, a fitness-related services company, including coaching and goods.

What challenge were you trying to address with Growthwale?

We needed help with Google My Business (GMB) services, graphics, and a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Growthwale built our complete website from scratch, including all main pages, layout design, and basic on-page SEO. For graphics, they created banners, promotional images, and visual elements for the website and GMB profile. The team also optimized our GMB profile.

I talked with two teammates from Growthwale but primarily worked with one.

How did you come to work with Growthwale?

I found Growthwale while searching for the best GMB services in India. They were ranked at the top at that time. I had other options, but I couldn't trust them. The Growthwale team wasn't in a hurry and told me all the fees and other things. They built trust, so I considered them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Growthwale from October 2022–June 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Growthwale delivered a fully functional website and helped us get 20–30 leads for my fitness program in the first two months. After that, we received daily queries through GMB. Our GMB profile metrics, such as calls, visits, and queries, also increased.

How did GrowthWale perform from a project management standpoint?

Growthwale delivered on time and managed the project well. We communicated via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

To be honest, work aside, Growthwale was friendly and built trust. We didn't need to be formal with them. The team didn't confuse us with complex terms and had a simple approach. They were down to earth.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The project went smoothly overall. If anything, clearer timelines for minor graphic revisions could have made the process even more efficient.
