Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They gave us a technical feature breakdown of a competitor's product based on questions that we gathered internally. They were able to dive into the product, get screenshots, details and record a demo and discover workflows. They also did marketing analysis to assist with our positioning, demand gen activities and assisted with our sales enablement in creating battlecards from their unique findings.

The deliverables were a technical document with responses to product questions, an executive summary of findings and a marketing analysis. All of which were delivered on time with a level of detail that exceeded expectations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am unable to comment as our legal team prevents us from sharing metrics. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Dejan was both personable and professional. It was very helpful to have a Slack channel set up with them and our team for quick communication and updates. He would give weekly updates on timelines and project progress. They were very flexible in our needs to add to certain aspects of the project and iterate on the focus. They allocated more than adequate resources to get the project completed on time and made efforts to understand our industry and market.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very easy to work with from day one with proposal and SOW up until post-project that continued with follow-up meetings to make sure needs were met. They provided high-level competitive research that catered to our exact needs. They over-delivered and exceeded expectations. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Grow and Scale could have done differently?

In the effort to execute quickly, they began parts of certain projects before the contract was signed. I would have preferred that the contract was signed before work started.
