No. All 12 of us are in-house and U.S. based, and most of the team works together in our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma offices. Matt works from Dallas and Tanner from Kansas City. There are no overseas contractors doing your website, ads, or SEO and no white-label vendors touching your account.

Call, text, or email and you get a human, usually same day. We don't run a ticket system or a support queue. Clients tell us we're the most responsive agency they've worked with, which says more about the industry than it does about us. Check our reviews, you'll see.

Local service businesses, mostly. Roofers, plumbers, HVAC, concrete, landscaping, med spas, dentists, psychiatrists, and law firms. If your customers find you by searching for something nearby, our system fits. We turn down businesses we don't think we can win for.

It depends on your site, your market, and how much damage we're undoing. Loco Concrete hit #1 for its main term about a week after Google indexed the site. An older site with thin content and no citations takes longer. We'll tell you which one you are before you sign. Google Business Profile and Maps movement usually shows up in the first 90 days depending on competitiveness. Organic rankings for competitive terms take three to six months. New builds move faster since we can do it right from the start. Rivet Lifestyle Consulting hit #1 in its home market on launch day.

Rankings come first, calls follow. Most clients notice the phone picking up somewhere in month two or three, and it compounds from there. Anyone promising you a flood of leads in week one is either running ads or lying, and we'd rather you hear that from us early.
