I'm the director of a small lending business based in the UK

For what projects/services did your company hire GoArtisans, and what were your goals?

I've partnered with Syed for a couple years now, initially he helped us out with an errant API suite that wasn't functioning well, and worked tirelessly to rebuild it (and several interrelated applications) in a flexible way, after that, we found issues on our front end php code that he corrected for us, and since then he's helped us out with a laravel based CRM project too

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We initially hired in a panic - our existing API developer had pulled out on us because costs had spiralled (through his own doing) and so he was wasting time doing the wrong things - I was lucky enough to have Syed and his team come in to 'retrain the vines' of this development work

Wordpress, Php, MySQL, Linux, Laravel - there is no part of our development environment (built by several separate developemmnet teams before he arrived) that Syed and his team haven't touched. Too many individual projects to mention here

Syed the CEO remains my only point of contact - the team deliver efficiently and Syed ensures he has precise understanding of our needs and overall strategy before taking on tasks

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Syed and the Go Artisans team are true full stack developers, easy to work with, and flexible both in their coding and approach - I can highly recommend Syed and his team

We run off an excel sheet of deliverables, timelines and related budgets that Syed and I update once a month - in the intermediate period, he works with me or my team (depending on complexity and operational impact) directly on individual deliveries

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Syed and his team are true 'full stack' developers - they ensure a strong understanding of the deliverable and it's importance within the technology suite, and how it fits within and benefits the business before they begin the task. This allows a true 'light touch' approach in getting deliverables done.  GoArtisans are true partners to the business.
