I'm the co-founder of NOOMA, a company that creates organic, functional drinks—including energy drinks, sports drinks, and wellness sodas—designed to support health and performance for active lifestyles.

What challenge were you trying to address with Glued?

We needed a complete website revamp that would combine performance objectives (conversion rate, time on site, average order value, etc.), strategic objectives (buyer journey, positioning, copywriting), and a beautiful design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Glued handled our website's redesign, including layout, imagery, copywriting, and app integration. The team had strong opinions on the right path, which was part of the reason I chose them. The process was collaborative, and Glued pushed back when their expertise told them a different route was better.

We worked with five teammates from Glued.

How did you come to work with Glued?

We found Glued through a cold email. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May 2025 to August 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Glued completed a full website revamp with measurable results from the first month of the website being live. The website objectively brought our brand to life significantly better than what we had before in terms of imagery and copy. It was also much more intuitive to navigate.

How did Glued perform from a project management standpoint?

For the most part, we stuck to our timeline. Any delays were minimal and for good reasons. Glued was a great communicator, and there were rarely (if ever) any surprises. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Glued clearly cared about their clients, as shown by their consistent effort and strong communication. When you combine that with their expertise, we were extremely satisfied.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not much comes to mind. The one thing that could have been better was sharing their persona research and how that was implemented into our website.

GLUED was fantastic in managing several moving pieces and projects. At any given point, there were 3-5 pages in progress, and GLUED did a fantastic job fielding all iteration requests, changes, etc. All pages were delivered on time, or ahead of schedule. The team was incredibly responsive.
