BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the IT Manager of Stardust Resort. We're dealing with payment of our customer. They created a policy for smart contracts to automate the payment.

They created a DID (Decentralized Identifier for a metamask wallet / any preferred wallet for the browser extention to be processed by selected exchange once payment conditions from the smart contracts were meet.

How did you select GLP THEOREM VENTURES CORPORATION and what were the deciding factors?

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I think it's not proper to put the scope of work in detail to avoid being copied by other company. All I want to say, it is designed for payment using chaincode (smart contract). Install chaincode (smart contract) to init chaincode, to init attributed access policy.

Workflow Management, Agile Project Management. Semantic Web Extention to access Infura, Remix and Metamask transaction.

They have 6 people, from Project Manager, Scrum Master, and 4 Developers (Senior 2, 2 Juniors)

We were able to accomplish automated payment system.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Project management was great. Regularly met deadlines and we communicated through zoom and Asana.

The core team was great and knowledgeable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's a complete apps and very secured. They are generating a cryptographic hash per account as a global unique identifier.
