I am the marketing manager for an online plant-based supplement brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Glove, and what were your goals?

We needed to connect our ecom store to a new 3PL. This included data validation, data structuring, API, webhooks, and cronjobs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching for expert developers in PHP and open source projects. Glove quoted us really fast and they delivered their first milestone before the deadline and without bugs. From that, we decided to give them the project and everything was done following the documentation we provided, on time, bugs-free.

We had a quick online interview where we did a quick presentation of what we needed and how we wanted it to be achieved. We wrote detailed documentation and gave access to Glove so they were familiar with all the project details. We then proceeded to set up some milestones and deadlines. After every milestone was completed, we did a test round to make sure everything was on track.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2 persons. Both were developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the integration we were able to move warehouses smoothly. Now we are running all our operations from the new 3PL.

Glove follows a professional management style. They are always online (9:00 am to 6:00pm Ukrain time) making the communication process really smooth. We used, google docs, trello, and slack to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed and bugs-free results. I was impressed by how fast they finished all the milestones, but what really amazed me was that they were all bugs-free. Usually, you waste a lot of time debugging, but not with Glove.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Time zone was a little bit challenging for us, but that was only at the beginning of the project. Once we found out that the first milestones were delivered on time and bugs-free, we let them advance faster in other part of the project.
