I am the CTO of Opensci LLC

We accelerate basic science discoveries using modern day AI tools. AI is more than just GPT agents or funny meme generators, it is a catalyst for the 4th industrial revolution. Our small team of research scientists, software engineers, creative designers and exceptional project managers work together to apply deep neural networks and classical statistical methods to help our customers solve basic science problems in an interpretable, explainable and accurate manner. 

We offer contract research services and software development for a variety of domains ranging from public health to women science.  We offer Research data analysis, All things LLM, AWS data pipelines, Software development, Visualization & Exploration, Research branding & desgin.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• UX/UI design of a symptom tracking application for menopause in Adobe XD.
• Setup of backend infrastructure for AWS including lambda functions, database instances and S3 infrastracture, Cognito.
• Native iOS and Android application development.
• GraphQL and REST bases API development.
• Development of full stack Content Management System using React JS and No SQL backend database.
• Development of ML based application to track and detect Afib detection using HMM models.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The initial iOS and Android application was designed, coded and uploaded on the app stores in the short defined timeline of 3 months. 
• Supporting over 10,000 active users on the applicaton and backend stack in the first year.
• Creating of over 50 different quizes for the quiz web portal in a short 2 month timeline.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team delivered items on time, which is impressive as one of our timelines was to have a full stack iOS and Android applications developed and launched in 3 months. The team held daily toe touched with us, and longer update meetings 3 times a week. They were very responsive on Slack and made use Jira and good project management practices.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their ability to complete complicated tasks within tight timelines where other companies refused to take on similar projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GlobeSync Technologies could have done differently?

Though not major I would recommend GT more time on the planning phase to iron out some of the detailed engineering specifications.
