I’m the founder of a digital agency that focuses on performance-focused creatives.

What challenge were you trying to address with Glajumedia?

We were looking for a white-label development partner to help us implement our creative projects for our clients. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Glajumedia is our development partner. My team designs the creative aspects of our customers’ projects, and once the designs are approved, we relay them to Glajumedia. Their team then implements and develops each project aspect using our design. They handle everything from web development to Product Detail Page creation in Microsoft Office. They also implement site features like out-of-stock notifications and tiered discount features. Most of the web development is in Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress.  

Glajumedia has also helped us develop a content-based mobile application. They helped us migrate the codebase to a new server and worked in development sprints to get the app in working order.

I work with a project manager and several developers. 

How did you come to work with Glajumedia?

I’m a contractor with another company that worked with Glajumedia previously. So, I approached Glajumedia’s team and established a working relationship. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $75,000 with Glajumedia. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Glajumedia began in April 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Glajumedia has done everything we’ve requested of them, including delivering several websites for our customers. They have a team of skilled developers who provide thoughtful responses to our implementation requests. I’m delighted with our partnership. 

How did Glajumedia perform from a project management standpoint?

Glajumedia’s project manager is excellent, and I’m impressed with how well they manage various facets from multiple projects. They always deliver within our budget and timelines. Typically, we use Slack to communicate and Jira to manage the development projects. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Glajumedia’s services are very cost-effective, which makes it an excellent white-labeling partnership. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Glajumedia to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any specific advice because Glajumedia will always do their best work, no matter what.

I’m an internal communications specialist at a media agency consortium based in Mexico.

What challenges were you trying to address Glajumedia?

We hired them to develop an app. We needed a way to communicate with our 650 employees directly. We also wanted to manage a calendar and be able to send notifications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Glajumedia developed a communications app for us. We have a web platform that we use to manage the app and upload all of the information.

What is the team composition?

I have been directly in touch with 3–4 people, and we manage everything with the project manager. When necessary, he puts us in touch with the developers involved in the project.

How did you come to work with Glajumedia?

We spent a few weeks searching for development companies all over Latin America. We came up with four options, and Glajumedia had the proposal closest to what we were looking for. They offered a friendly platform and a very good quote.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve paid around $1,200 for the development. We pay between $350–$400 a month for maintenance.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started this project about a year-and-a-half ago in 2018, and we continue working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app has been a great tool for us. As a company, we were not using any mobile apps or other modern tools, despite being in the communications area. This development has helped us to start bringing digital tools to our staff. 

Currently, 550 of our personnel are actively using the app, so we know it has had a great impact. This is especially important now, as a lot of our staff are working from home due to the COVID crisis. The app has been of great help and has become one of our main communication tools.

How did Glajumedia perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t use any project management tools. As for deadlines, they have always met them in a timely manner. They are really fast and execute the projects very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been able to understand our needs very clearly, and that was very important for the success of the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their project follow up; once the app was working well and running, they left us to manage it ourselves. If they had stuck with us a little bit longer in this process, it would have been better.

I’m the president of a company that manufactures educationally-based weight loss products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Glajumedia?

Our product was traditionally sold in a kit, and we would ship educational materials and a program to our customers. We wanted to create an online version of that.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They took over a cluster of the project from another team. Their team provided development and digital marketing services for our online educational materials and site.

Between 4–8 people from their team worked on the project.

How did you come to work with Glajumedia?

I’d worked with some of them at a previous enterprise, so I already knew they were good at speed of execution and understanding the problem at hand. This is a 24/7 business, and I could ensure that they’d produce something that could accommodate that need. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $50,000–$100,000 on the project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in March 2012, and it ended in December 2013.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of the work was high. The technology’s ability to withstand the test of time is a testament to that. Any issues that arose, they were great at solving them and avoiding extended periods of downtime. 

How did Glajumedia perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great communicators, keeping us up to date on everything occurring throughout the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were able to ramp up to speed quickly and figure out how to avoid downtime. Their expediency and execution impressed us.

I can’t think of anything.

I’m the director of business technology for a leading small kitchen appliance manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Glajumedia?

Our company went to a fully outsourced model and we needed them to manage our entire e-commerce business, including the front- and backend of the platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Originally, they worked on the frontend of our e-commerce site. In light of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), we hired them to make our site disability compliant. They've handled everything from server configurations to SEO work. They are experts with using WooComerce, Google Input Tools, and Google Tag Manager. Recently, they implemented over 20 different pixels, tags, and customizations that our third-party vendors have requested.

What is the team composition?

We work with 5-6 people.

How did you come to work with Glajumedia?

One of my colleagues worked with them at another company and when we realized we needed additional resources, we reached out.

How much have you invested with them?

We budget over $100,000 annually with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

They were already with the company when I joined, but I started in September 2019 and that is when I began working with them. The collaboration is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Once Glajumedia became the main developers for the e-commerce site, we immediately recognized a 400% increase in throughput in our sprints compared to our previous in-house team, so we're getting much more done with their support. We have reached record sales in the past quarter. 

How did Glajumedia perform from a project management standpoint?

They have been able to maintain the increase in the velocity of each sprint and at the same time tackling daily fires. They are very responsive; we use Slack as our primary method of communicating. We have daily stand up on the phone where we cover everything.

They’re really thorough and have good questions. They are always quick to troubleshoot any technical issues that come up. If we have any missing information in our tickets, they are quick to point that out. 

Always flexible, Glajumedia has been adaptable to any last-minute shift in business priorities. We have had a lot of configurations and they have been available 24/7. We have had launches in the middle of the night and on weekends and they have continued to be accommodating to all of our needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to get so much accomplished so quickly in a two-week sprint compared to the old team is really impressive. We have been able to test many new marketing campaigns and implement new vendors because of it. I am excited to continue our relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t say we’ve had any hiccups. It has been a great working relationship.

What was the scope of their involvement?

One of the projects involved the development of two websites, an information site and an app for multimedia file management. For the website, they used WordPress. Their team also provided us maintenance support for more significant projects.

We had to implement our institutional website in two languages and implement our corporate intranet. It was an integration of all services, which they helped with management and support.

We worked with a project lead, a designer, and a developer on the website. For the app, we worked with three people, and for the support, we worked with another two.

How did you come to work with Glajumedia?

I started searching for different companies, asking for proposals. I ended up reviewing three, choosing Glajumedia because of their price. We started with the website before working on other projects with them.

We invested around $140,000 Peruvian soles (approximately $41,650 USD).

Our engagement with Glajumedia started in 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The websites have been of great help. Their team was able to implement the project in minimal time with a beautiful and easy-to-use design. As for the app, the solution they proposed was helpful. The app has allowed us to have better organization within the company.

For the support side, they were also great. I was in charge of the project, so having their support was a great help. It took a lot of the workload off of me and allowed me to continue with my daily assignments. The team at Glajumedia did that very well.

How did Glajumedia perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team was always available, working on any pending requests. We had a calendar that they met. They were also able to deliver some things in advance when there was an urgency.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at Glajumedia met our expectations, adapting to our needs.

We hired them to create a new design for our site’s backend.

They had to adjust to how our site had been created: it was developed in .NET, but they used HTML and JavaScripts to change its presentation.

Our company held a public RFP. Giajumedia participated and were selected.

We worked with them from May–July 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They met all our requirements and were very helpful. We had lots of changes in the scope throughout the work, but they were always there when we needed them.

How did Cualit perform from a project management standpoint?

They were punctual and met all our deadlines. We've just launched an RFP for another project and they got it, so we'll be working together once again. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very serious about deadlines and always completed things on time. Their work is also very good.

They could do better on the creative side, in terms of presentation.
