I'm Managing Director. We are ERP solution provider for printing packaging and the plastic Industry.

Giggles InfoTech is a full time developing & consulting Agency ( Partner).

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Giggles Infotech through one of my known that time I was looking a long term IT partner who can develop my product from scratch and maintain long term relation with us in term of a 100% developing as well technical support.

As we want to develop an ERP software for a particular industry -"Printing & Packaging". We had domain knowledge but not in term of IT. Giggles infotech suggest us the latest technology that time - Webbase ( PHP & my SQL combination)

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

At a time 3-4 developers work for us from Giggles Team . One of the Team Leader , 2 Sr. Engineers and 1 Jr. Engineer. Apart from this 1 Quality Person who test the development and Giggles CTO take care of our entire requirements in terms of development as consulting

We can say Giggles Team work and support is awesome for us always

As we said earlier that Giggles is fulltime IT agency for us and we gets always support from us they meet always our timeline and we communicate our work on what's up group, skype, google meet etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Giggles is always Royal as well Honest for us

In the IT sector scope of work is always open but Giggles work is good for us, sometime our thought can be differ but we match
