Project was divided into 6 milestones (deliverables).

Milestone 1 was about planning and setup, where things like requirements collection, tech stack and scope confirmation, wireframes/Figma designs, etc. was finalized.

Milestone 2 was related to development and integration of app's core features.

Milestone 3 was regarding support features and anti-fraud authentication. This also included an admin panel (order management, delivery status tracking, etc.).

Milestone 4 included UX/UI improvement.

Milestone 5 was testing & deployment.

Milestone 6 included public launch of the app, and any support related to it.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is hard to measure impact and success at this time because the launch is really new. But I have been satisfied with Getwey's work throughout this journey. They always have an ear for me, are respectful in conversations, and do self-accountability where required.

They understood the assignment and always came up with interesting and innovative ideas when it was required. When evidently mistakes were made, they were able to quickly identify and rectify it.

They have worked with credible companies, and provide great 1-to-1 service. The aspect of self-accountability is really essential for me, and they always lived up to the challenge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Getweys could have done differently?

• Although, the frequency and speed of communication was great, the quality of it could be  slightly improved.
• Explore strategies to avoid recurring mistakes.
• Sometimes the deadlines were not met. This aspect could also be slightly improved.

Getweys provided website development and management for us. Their team rescues us by coming in, finalizing the website, and migrating data. They first migrated data, including user, product, and sales information. This task has been challenging due to WordPress's structure, but Getweys has tackled it by writing custom scripts to separate each table and move them smoothly to the new database.

In addition, Getweys's team has launched the website and switched the domain to the new one. Currently, they are doing SEO, optimizing the website, adding sales and discount features, and integrating new payment methods.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website that Getweys is developing for us works reliably, and the code is solid. We rarely find bugs after a feature has gone live; when we do, it's usually minor. Additionally, the amount of customer traffic to our website we receive continues to increase.

The project management has been phenomenal. They are incredibly organized and adhere very strictly to budgets and timelines. Whenever they had a goal to hit, they hit it on the same day. Moreover, Getweys is excellent at communicating. They schedule online meetings and answer our questions quickly.

Getweys project management has been very unique and impressive.
