Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience working with GET – Global Era Tech. However, one area for improvement could be in the initial onboarding process, where more detailed documentation and project timelines could have been provided upfront. While communication was excellent throughout the project, having a more structured project kickoff could have further streamlined the early stages. That being said, GET was always responsive and adaptable, making sure we were on track, so this did not affect the overall success of the project.
