Introduce new hand held scanners to our company which allows us to create transactions in our ERP system at a faster pace. Provide training for this new hardware including how to create new Shipment entries, receiving, and bin transfers. Provide the hardware necessary to make these scan guns operational.

We calculated how many transactions are now entered using the scanners. We accounted for the time it took for receiving the merchandise and creating the transaction in the system (before and after implementing the scanners).

There was a project manager assigned to our project. A timeline was created to manage the scope of our project. We had users assigned to each task as well as a date of delivery. When the project went live, their support team was readily available to help our users implement the new project as seamlessly as possible.
