I've selected G-WEB.GROUP for SEO service. I wanted to increase traffic and conversions on my website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've tried many companies and freelancers. Also, I've been working on the site for a long time and achieved good results. But the site is very large and I needed professionals who would point out the direction of growth and correct the mistakes of ex-contractors. After talking with Volodymyr, the owner of the company, I decided to give it a try. And I wasn't wrong.

First of all, the team delved into the essence of the project and prepared a technical task for the programmer. I've my programmer, so G-WEB.GROUP account manager solved all issues with him in a chat, where I was also present. Everything was quite and professional.

In parallel, the team was engaged in internal optimization (keywords research, meta tag optimization, content preparation) for priority pages. My project has a feature: a number of pages have the same relevance. The solution here was also proposed, and it brought results! Traffic has grown from 300 to 500 uniq users in 3 months. At first I thought it was due to seasonality, but after the end of the season, the traffic also continued to grow!

I communicated directly with Volodymyr, and an account manager was also connected for efficiency.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Compared to the same period last year (season!), organic traffic increased by 52%, and conversions (adding booking to the cart) - increased by 57%.

Everything happened quite quickly and smoothly. The team clearly understands what needs to be done and does not engage in its training on client projects. I received detailed answers to all my questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They get involved in the project. Many with whom I have worked have a template approach. Perhaps this works somewhere, but when your project is non-trivial, it's a waste of time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes. On the one hand, they have an open budget and have seen all the spending. On the other hand, the prices for their copywriting are higher than I could find myself. Of course, perhaps this is an overpayment for well-coordinated work, but the price of writing content is somewhat overpriced and, probably, it can be optimized.
