Please describe your company and your position there.

Healingclouds is an online platform that has been helping people around the world with their mental wellbeing by connecting them with certified and experienced mental health therapists, for online therapy sessions. We offer our therapists the opportunity to connect with clients globally, along with a robust CRM system to manage admin and manage their practise.

To develop a robust online platform for our global clientele

We were introduced through a mutual contact who has previously worked with them.

They provided us with an enterprise-level website developed using ASP.NET

What was the team composition?

It comprised of web developers, senior programmers, graphic designers, quality assurance staff and a dedicated manager assigned to us to help us with communication and management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have a brilliant website in place which has had a time of 100%. The workflows and bugs were fixed within agreed SLA time frames and we are extremely happy with the end result. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

As mentioned earlier, we had a dedicated manager to effectively transition the business requirements to development instructions. Communication was very smooth and well planned. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Honesty, Integrity and Sincerity. We have worked with multiple vendors across various countries and have faced a lot of issues. Futuristic5 was a blessing in disguise. We have not been happier with a company as much as we are with Futuristic5 Solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. We have been very satisfied with what we expected.
