We are working with FutureCode on several projects concerning software development and IT consulting. Projects concern vide variety of industries and different technologies. We are working together on both supporting current projects with developers and as well on estimating and outsourcing software development.

FutureCode IT Consulting reached our company directly, offering their services.

FutureCode IT Consulting took end-to-end care of our project needs in terms of:
- building and estabilishing partnership with our organization on day-to-day work
- finding, verifying and onboarding new developers in outsourcing/body-leasing model
- estimating, analysing and developing custom software development projects that used Python/Django on the backend, React with Next.JS on the frontend, and AWS as the cloud provider.

I am the CEO of Blazity. We are a software development company.
What challenge were you trying to address with FutureCode IT Consulting?
One of the projects that our company was working on was in need of a mid to senior-level developer that had at least three years of experience. We needed to hire someone to join the team on short notice.
What was the scope of their involvement?
FutureCode IT Consulting started out by asking questions and doing research into what we were in need of. They asked about the client and their product, and what kind of developer we required for the project. Based on that information, they recruited a developer to bring in.
The project was built from scratch using .NET on the backend, Algolia on the frontend, and Azure as the cloud.

We worked with the co-founder and then one developer.

For what projects/services did your company hire FutureCode IT Consulting?
Our company has an MVP and we didn't really know how to launch it in cloud environment and what obstacles wait for us after launch. We needed audit of our solution and infrastructure to do it properly.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We asked about our challenges on group dedicated for expieriened software developers and from the start it "clicked" as they understood our problem and provide potential solution very quickly and specific plan how to do it quickly.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They started from asking easy questions. What we already achieved and where we would like to be after finishing this project. Then after deep dive into our app they provided specific roadmap how to do it to save our time and money. They were not focused only on this specific project but they also warn us about potential harm in future development if we take shortcuts that our internal CTO confirmed. It's great as I know that FutureCode IT is my partner not another outsourcing company that I have to double check during projects.

Platform is working, everything functionalities that we wanted were implemented and even more and we are confident that our future development plans won't be an issue or where we should expect those.

On time, everything was done in Jira or slack. Urgent queries were raised by phone and response time was great.

I feel like they are my internal employees with great commitment.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Cooperation with my internal graphic was not perfect but good and it's the only thing.
