What was the scope of their involvement?

FutureAI.IT handled the end-to-end AI automation scope for our career network platform, mainly focused on improving customer support and ticket resolution workflows. They helped us design and implement an AI-powered support assistant that could understand user queries, classify issues, suggest responses, and route complex tickets to the right team. The main deliverables included AI chatbot/workflow automation, ticket categorization, automated response generation, escalation logic, backend API integration with our platform, admin-side visibility for support teams, and testing to make sure the automation worked accurately before rollout. They also helped refine the workflow so common user issues could be resolved faster without depending fully on manual support.FutureAI.IT worked on more than just the AI automation. Their main focus was the AI-driven customer support and ticket resolution system, but they also supported the backend development and integration work needed to make the automation usable within our platform. They helped with backend APIs, ticket workflow logic, data flow between the platform and support system, and the admin-side functionality for managing or reviewing escalated tickets. They also contributed to the UI/UX side for the support workflow screens, mainly to make the chatbot and ticket status experience simple for users and support staff. Overall, their role was end-to-end implementation for this feature area: AI automation, backend integration, workflow design, and the related UI components needed to launch it properly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest measurable outcome was the reduction in manual support effort. After the AI automation was implemented, common support questions and basic ticket issues were handled much faster, which helped reduce response time and made our support process more consistent. We also saw better ticket organization because issues were categorized and routed more clearly. This helped our team focus on higher-priority or complex cases instead of spending time sorting through repetitive requests. Overall, the project helped us improve support efficiency, speed up ticket resolution, reduce manual workload, and create a more scalable support workflow as our career network platform continued to grow. After the AI automation went live, we saw approximately a 40% reduction in manual support handling for repetitive or common ticket types. Our average first response time improved from several hours to almost immediate responses for basic questions handled by the AI assistant. For ticket resolution, simple support requests that previously required manual review were resolved about 50%–60% faster, depending on the issue type. The biggest improvement was in ticket triage—requests were categorized and routed automatically, which reduced back-and-forth and helped our team focus on more complex cases. Overall, the automation made our support process faster, more organized, and easier to scale as platform usage increased. We tracked user feedback after launching the AI support system. The feedback was generally positive, especially around faster responses and easier issue resolution for common support questions. We noticed fewer complaints about delayed support responses because users were getting immediate answers for basic questions.
