Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They did successful rebranding that required a clear new strategy and vision. The right messages of a well-built brand that was used for a long time, and in combination with an appropriate graphic appearance are a prerequisite for a successful marketing strategy. They continue to cope perfectly with our online presence such as online adversiing - Facebook, Google Ads. Also they help us with all kind of print materials; social media planning; and any other strategy consultations over the time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo on the website had too much detail and was losing focus. In the previous version of the website, the graphic elements were diverse and not guided by a general idea and graphic expression (logo, icons, ecosystem in the form of a table). The categories were not properly arranged one after the other, which greatly confused the user. It lacked specific brand colours that would become its look and recognizable over time. 

Fuss Digital Agency decided to completely change the DENTEU website, including the logo and brand identity. This approach serves to refine and reinvent the brand. We stuck to a clean and simple style and planned the colours and structure of the site very specifically. The goal was to create a brand identity and illustration style to follow in the future - website, social networks, campaigns, advertisements, etc.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We used an internal CRM system provided by the digital company, to create tickets for every feature of our website. They always delivered on time and always responded to me on the same day through chat applications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really allow you with a decent budget to create ready-for-production applications for thousands of users. They are very professional and always happy to help you. I felt that we were a team with them. You feel that they really want your idea to succeed, and they try hard for it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fuss could have done differently?

No, they were very professional in every detail! I wish I had the chance to meet the team at some point in person to thank them for the great product.
