I’m the co-founder of The African Food Shop – Mauritius, an online food store.

What challenge were you trying to address with Friki Digital?

We needed help with digital marketing and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did the design of our logo and packaging. We just launched our online platform. It’s a work in progress. They are helping us get the word out on social media. The branding work they did was for our packages and newsletters.

I’ve worked with two people. My main point of contact is Stephenidonije (Co-Founder).

How did you come to work with Friki Digital?

I knew Stephenidonije before I started my own company. I’d seen some of his work.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2019, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get good feedback. People are becoming aware of our business. I’m satisfied with their work and results. They’ve helped us grow our potential audience and reach.

How did Friki Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very timely. Sometimes they deliver before the deadline. They also deliver within budget. There is a time difference we have to work around but it’s not much of an issue. We just factor in what time is best for us. We communicate via email and sometimes we Facetime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I see other people’s work, I see repetition. However, Friki Digital’s ideas bring something unique. It’s not something you’d easily find anywhere.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I can think of for them to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know exactly what you want. Give him the requirements and they'll deliver.

I am the president of Overwatch Ltd, an oil field equipment and technology support company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Friki Digital?

Our main challenge was to find a partner that could create digital and physical branded as well as provide social media support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us to create both the physical materials that we needed to support a wide variety of our functions, as well as to implement the digital versions of those across our social media presence to help us consolidate our advertising image.

They helped out primarily with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter profiles. On top of that, they delivered materials such as PowerPoint presentation items, business cards, brochures, and sales aid materials. The team is also currently working to provide SEO for the website as well.

My main point of contact was Stephen (Co-Founder) for all of the work.

How did you come to work with Friki Digital?

I found them on Instagram originally and reached out to them about potentially working together. Our initial interactions went smoothly, so we took things from there.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in May 2020 and is currently ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of the feedback that we’ve gotten from the work so far has been very encouraging. We are still measuring the results and have been very satisfied with all of the deliverables that they’ve provided so far and the results of implementing those.

How did Friki Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

The back and forth between our companies has been excellent. They manage their time incredibly well and are always available to meet with us on our schedule. We’ve had no problems with staying on budget and on time, and they even engage with our key stakeholders to make sure that they are totally satisfied with everything that we are doing in the work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really are a full package agency, bringing quality, agility, and creativity to everything that they do for us. We are excited about everything that we plan to with them on in the future.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are always opportunities for learning and growth, but there anything in particular I wish they did differently. Unless they were able to reduce their prices even further, which we would obviously appreciate.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just sit down and talk with them, because they will be able to walk you through everything they need to know, and you need to do to have a successful engagement together.

I'm a meditation teacher and Friki Digital created an online meditation center for me.

Friki Digital created an online meditation center for me. The challenge was the complexity of password locked courses, videos and pages and different buyer possibilities.

How did you select Friki Digital and what were the deciding factors?

Fair price and a lot of commitment

Friki Digital created my page with Wordpress and we used Vimeo as video solution. As a payment option we decided working with PayPal.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked only with one person, the director of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am happy that Friki Digital always found a solution for all of my many wishes!

Friki Digital definitively wants his costumers to be happy and they give their best to make this possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very friendly and they don't hesitate to work extra hours for you.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Time management wasn't always perfect. When it should have taken one day, it sometimes took 2 or 3. But when I realized that, I was able to work with it. I would recommend Friki Digital to be more honest with due dates, it makes the cooperation easier.
