I was very pleased with the way they explained the process through videos and once I mastered Screencastify (very easy) it turned out to be the ideal method to proceed.

I asked them to vreate a website that would work well with my sewing machine repair business and allow me the options to sell products via the website. They presented me with options for a theme and I made a selection that I felt fit my needs. They did the background work and refined the a WordPress Theme into a well organized and attractive website.

Via email - questions answered, instructional videos provided, fixes on website were completed within a few days. I could not be happier with my experience with The Free Website Guys. Sven and his team responded promptly to emails, helping me along the way as well as following up on emails they sent. The videos were extremely helpful to customize content. Even after I finished my site and had questions, Sven continued to respond to emails free of charge. The whole process was terrific. I would highly recommend The Free Website Guys.

Emails were on one chain which aided in seamless communication. Project could have been completed sooner but I was not ready. They respected my preferred pace and checked in when I had not responded. I was informed of next steps that they would complete and which were my responsibility.

Front end and back end SEO was worked onto the site. Each milestones were noted and checked with me if I was happy with the progress.

Everything was done through email, step by step. I assigned an admin to the hosted website so they could make modifications. We didn't have a specific timeline to finish the project. I didn't mind because I was working with a busy schedule.

Sven and his team were very attentive to my needs and very patient. They provided multiple options for me to choose from, as well as tutorials at the end of the project.
