All the stages of the process are accompanied with detailed explainer videos and emails making the process easier than would otherwise been, particularly for non tech people like myself.

I was sent step by step updates, in really easy-to-follow progress reports. I was able to watch my website come alive, with my input and The Free Website Guys expertise.

Sven and the team responded to my questions, needs and changes in really good time. I was also happy to be patient due to time differences, and knowing they were working hard in the background. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.

Professionalism, honesty from Day 1, really kind and helpful when I was confused or indecisive (about which theme I wanted, etc!)

I've already started a little list of things I'll be coming back to them for in the future, such as integrations for course creation, and more advanced settings as I grow my business. I was skeptical at first, but The Free Website Guys truly did an amazing service! They create a fully customized website for you at no cost, while also involving you in key parts of the process. After the handover, you have full ownership and can easily make further customizations. Sven was incredibly helpful, even beyond project completion. While some optional costs exist, there’s no pressure. Huge thanks to Sven and the team—I highly recommend it!

I needed a website built for my herbal apothecary/ clinical practice. I now have a 5 page website that educates consumers, allows them to buy products, and the oppurtunity to work with a clinical herbalist one on one. The website links very nicely to my social media pages as well.

Personally I am not the greatest when it comes to technology but this team made even challenging tasks doable.They guide you every step of the way providing videos to explain when necessary.
