I am the CEO of Pure Systems Inc and we are independent distributors for the Ritello Home Maintenance product line.

I have developed numerous websites over the past 30+ years using various development teams and spending tens of thousands of dollars. Spent hours (if not many days) going back and forth with developers trying to program the look and feel and function of websites. It always took too long, and cost too much to get it right.

For people like me that don’t speak ones and zeros or interpret a website like the free falling code in The Matrix this is for you! You can actually design from the front end artistically. Mic drop! It was by complete chance I found them.

First we had an initial introduction explaining what they do, how they do it and why. Then they sent me some videos with step by step instructions. Was a piece of cake really. I did what they said, swapped out some pictures and text. They sent me some follow up videos and cleaned up my work to make it perfect and voila. They said thanks for allowing us to develop your website. Voila!

Mainly one but some of the tutorial vids were by different people.

The product turned out clean and crisp and spot on. It was fast! This went way beyond expectations. You feel like you found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I’m like a kid that you can tell just had chocolate ice cream because it’s all over his smile. This was such a blessing at the right time for us.

What they could have done better is gone back in time and saved me from myself over decades before they were formed as a company. In reality this is just Amazing!

The fact that they don't charge a penny! And there is no catch! They are a wonderful and supportive team, and nothing was too much for them.

Email communication is a little slower than the phone or video call, but I loved working with them, and I have everything in writing to help me manage the website in future

We needed to build a website. Our goal was to have all our company information placed there so that people won’t have to keep contacting us directly to ask about our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Free Website Guys created our website from scratch. In the beginning, they made us first choose the hosting and what theme we wanted for the site. After finalizing all of that, they proceeded with the process, handling both the front- and backend work. They also implemented all the necessary security features and plug-ins. Their team built the site with WordPress and used Divi as the theme.

We were in touch with just one person from their team.

We worked together on this project in January 2023. It took them three weeks to finish it.

Working with the Free Website Guys was a really great experience. As a small business owner, I knew what I wanted but I didn't have the ability to pay thousands of dollars for a new site...so when I heard that I had been approved for one I thought it was too good to be true. Sven and his team were so helpful in finding the best template for my business, and giving me all the resources I needed to create the website of my dreams.

Anytime I had a question they were there to answer it, honestly I was shocked at the level of customer service they provided while providing a free service. I am ecstatic about the end result and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a new website!

Once the project was complete, I received a report explaining all the work completed on my site’s front and back ends. I was also given various videos and links describing how to customize my site, access the analytics to keep track of metrics and understand the various plug-ins.

The project is streamlined through an easy-to-follow step-by-step process. You are bought along each step, which is explained through video and email correspondence. I would get regular updates from the team lead and I was asked for my input.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their service a breath of fresh air for someone not tech-savvy. Not only do they create the website for you for free, but they educate you on the process so you can completely take over and not have to rely on someone else. I went from feeling intimidated and overwhelmed to being excited and more capable regarding my website.

No areas of improvement. The entire process was a seamless, wonderful experience.

However, Sven and his team made the entire procedure painless AND I felt empowered to personalize my website after they created the main theme/structure. The videos they shared were very helpful and the step-by-step instructions aided me when adding content, graphics, and images to my website.

Maine abolished Parole in 1976. Since then, prisoners in Maine have not had an opportunity to earn a second chance at reintegration into society through active rehabilitation.

Today, by not affording rewards for rehabilitation, the criminal legal system disincentivizes personal transformation, which ultimately risks the perpetuation of harm through recidivism (returning to prison after release). We hired The Free Website Guys to help meet this need.

When I think about “The Free Website Guys” I feel as though I won the lottery! Not only have they been easy to work with, their process is extremely thorough, very easy to understand, and extremely user-friendly. In addition, the people working there are extremely responsive, and their communication has always had a very kind and professional.
