My experience with The Free Website Guys has been great! Initially I was contacted on LinkedIn and was a little dubious about the process, but upon looking at their website and speaking with Sven my mind was put at ease and I applied to have my website built. 

Their communication throughout the experience has been excellent, keeping me up to date at all times and making sure everything is clear, documented and useful instructions and tutorials are sent over. Sven answered all of my questions very quickly and they gave a very thorough handover at the end so I feel confident in making any future changes or updates to my site and adding content. 

Another thing that was great is that they matched my pace, and the only time things took a long time was when it was sat with me and I hadn't got back to them - they were very understanding and not pushy at all which I really appreciated! I'd really recommend them and have already recommended a few friends check them out. Thank you!

FWG completely set up the backend of my website, from setting up my hosting to installing the right plugins to optimize my site, I am satisfied! They configured my WP Dashboard, setup backups & analytics, and loaded/installed theme & pages. All in all, they have set me up for success in creating an amazing website.

I would like to thank the Free Website Guys (FWG) for so graciously building my company website from scratch. Their team was responsive, efficient, easy to work with, and very organized. FWG are professional, patient, and excellent. They explained everything clearly so that I had a good sense of what was going on.

While they did take on a lot of the tech heavy lifting, they were sure to involve me enough for me to understand the different stages of the process. I was able to select a theme I felt reflected my business, and customize it in a relatively short period of time.

Many businesses owners are inundated with so many tasks that they can’t wrap their minds around building an online presence. I would definitely recommend the Free Website Guys as a partner for MSME businesses seeking to establish and maintain their brand presence online.
