Needed a comprehensive website built using Word Press. Needed a landing page, Biography, Contact, and three resume pages. Needed guidance on selecting a proper template and then having the template adjusted to suit my business needs.

Constant communication as well as careful step by step processes. As we would progress along, it was easy to see the milestones we were passing and goals we were setting. Each step was carefully handled to make sure that all questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable before moving on.

They were very timely. They were more prompt than I was with my replies. There was constant communication on their progress and what they were doing. Everything was timed accurately and all questions were responded to promptly and with courtesy.

They were willing to take a chance and give something significant to a small business. They were able to deliver the results they promised. I didn't have any trouble communicating with them. Its very hard to get a leg up and its easy to see why many small businesses fail. Having people like this around that are using this as a cornerstone of their work is incredibly valuable.
